A family on holiday in the French Alps. Mother, father and two children. One day they are having breakfast on a restaurant balcony, when an avalanche threatens to overwhelm them all. The mother rushes to the children, while the father runs away leaving everyone to their destiny. The avalanche stops before doing damage, but from this moment the wife begins to look at her husband in a different way.
