Doctor prefers sailors is an Italian-style sexy comedy among the last ones made. The film is not one of the best in the genre and is set almost entirely in hotel rooms. The plot is practically nonexistent, and the film is mainly watched for Paola Senatore and Sabrina Siani‘s thighs, adorned with stockings and garters.
At the beginning of the film, Dr. Paola Senatore is examining a patient who is staring at her breasts. The phone rings and the actress goes to answer it, sitting on the desk and arousing the patient with the sight of thighs, stockings, and garter belts. Nine minutes later, Sabrina Siani is a sexy waitress preparing a sauna for a sultan. Soon after, Sabrina is busy with another hotel guest.
Paola Senatore continues to arouse us with stockings and garter belts but finally comes the first topless when Marisa Mell finds her in bed with her husband in a hotel room. We witness a catfight between the two, but only Paola has her boobs exposed. All we can admire of Marisa are her long, perfect legs. Fifteen minutes later we can admire Paola Senatore naked again, as she’s undressing in her room, spied on by two people hiding in the closet. Immediately after that it is time for a shower, then Paola delights us with a very exciting full-frontal nude.
